Broken Septic Electric Boxes
Please notify the office or maintenance immediately if your septic system electrical box is damaged or broken.
ORPOA will not be responsible for replacing septic pumps when damage to the electrical box has not been reported. The cost to repair a damaged electrical box is $150.
If a pump fails due to a damaged electrical box that was not reported to the office or maintenance, the homeowner will be responsible for the full pump replacement cost of $2,500.
